Three Simple Steps to Get Started
Once you've been accepted by PTCC, you're ready to begin your Lakeside housing journey.

Get Accepted
After being accepted by Pine Technical and Community College, you are eligible to apply for Lakeside Student Housing. You must remain a full- or part-time PTCC student while living here.

Start Your Application
Click the application link to visit our rental management site and begin your housing search.

Find Your Room
Press the Search button in the lower right corner to view available room types. Look for Lakeside rooms identified with "LK" in the unit description.

Secure Your Spot
Indicate the type of Lakeside room you would like and complete the application process to secure your student housing. Our team is available to assist if you need help.
